Our pizzas
We delight in creating scrumptious combinations and new recipes with mouth-watering flavors. To ensure fragrance and lightness to our pizzas, we use a mixture of high quality flours dedicating the right maturation time to the dough (from 48 to 96 hours). As an alternative to our classic dough, you can taste a special whole-meal dough - rich in magnesium and fiber - which contains all the organoleptic properties and nutrients of noble cereals. We prepare our pizzas with genuine ingredients of the ancient Apulian recipe: high quality tomato, delicious mozzarella, fresh basil and never-ending passion!
